Appointments

Family sessions and private events are available upon request. Contact Jackie Hicks at Fondmemphoto@aol.com, to submit a request.

 

Please note the following:

• There will be a 2-hour delay between sessions due to the safety and social distancing 
  guideline requirements for COVID-19.  

• All guest must wear a mask! It is the law. Please keep your mask on unless you are being photographed.

• If you are 18 years or older you must sign their own waiver.

• The only individuals permitted to enter the establishment are those  with signed contracts. 

• If you have come in contact with anyone or tested positive for COVID-19 two-weeks prior to your appointment, please inform Jackie Hicks and her team to schedule a session after your 14 days of quarantine.

• If you have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting results, please inform Jackie Hicks and her team to schedule a date after you have received your  results from the CDC.

• Other participants, in the photoshoot, are to wait in their vehicle until it is their turn.

• You must give 24-hour notice for cancellations.

• Website for image selection will be available for 24 hours only. Once you select your images there will be no changes available.

• All image selections are FINAL 

• You must text the 4-digit numbers for each image to Jackie Hicks cell phone at 240-280-4064 prior to the 24hr. expiration.
